THE SECRET PLACE:
Psalms 91:1 NKJV
[1] He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Prevailing Believers dwell in the secret place of God. It is a secret place because it is the secret of only those who arrive and settle there. It is a place of absolute trust, commitment, transparency, devotion, and reliance on God. Like David (1 Samuel 17:32-47), those who dwell in this secret place, have this to say about God.
Psalms 91:2 NKJV
[2] I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”
They abide in the shadow, guaranteed protection, of God, and they know it.
Psalms 91:9-11 NKJV
[9] Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, [10] No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; [11] For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways.
Do you want to be a prevailing Believer? Is your life transparent and pleasing to the Lord? Is Christ the number one in your life? Stay close to God until you commit your life completely to Him. This is what God says about those who are completely committed to Him.
Psalms 91:14-16 NKJV
[14] “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. [15] He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. [16] With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation.”
