DO IT WITH GOD:
Joshua 1:1-6 NKJV
[1] After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, it came to pass that the Lord spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ assistant, saying: [2] “Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to them—the children of Israel. [3] Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses. [4] From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great river, the River Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and to the Great Sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your territory. [5] No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. [6] Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.
After the death of Moses, God appointed Joshua to lead His people into the Promised land. God assured Joshua that he would be successful because He would be with him, protect him, and help him to achieve this task. Only he had to be bold, strong, courageous, meditate on His law, and ensure he faithfully obeyed all that was written in it.
God told Joshua, I am giving you this huge task but don’t be afraid I will be with you and we would do it together. Doing things with God does not mean we should be mediocre. It means we must be diligent, do all it takes to be successful because the King of Kings is with us.
Truth is everything that is done with God is guaranteed to succeed. There is no need for fear of any kind and for lack of resources because He is more than able to help us with all these things. Like Joseph, everything that you and I do with God will not fail.
Genesis 39:2-5 NKJV
[2] The Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man; and he was in the house of his master, the Egyptian. [3] And his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all he did to prosper in his hand. [4] So Joseph found favor in his sight, and served him. Then he made him overseer of his house, and all that he had he put under his authority. [5] So it was, from the time that he had made him overseer of his house and all that he had, that the Lord blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake; and the blessing of the Lord was on all that he had in the house and in the field.
Do you want to be a high achiever? Do you want God to make everything you do to be successful and His blessings on all that is entrusted to you? Do it His way and with Him. Stay in His word and be totally obedient to Him.
Those who put their trust in God in this way will have the hand of God upon them in all they do, experience good successes and His blessings. Friend, God is with you.
